WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?
We ship worldwide via UPS, USPS and DHL.

International shipping can take up to 30 days. 

Teekiboutique.com is not responsible for LOST or STOLEN packages and the customer must apply for their own claims.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY PACKAGE?
Orders are processed daily Monday - Friday and take 5-7 days to ship within the US, and 2-4 weeks internationally depending on customs regulations.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Please be aware that you will be responsible for import taxes.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?
No, but an account will help you keep track of your orders automatically.
HOW CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
You can cancel your order as long as we haven't shipped it. If we have shipped it already you will need to request a return authorization from Care@TeekiBoutique.com and pay to have it returned in original packaging.
What if I ordered from teeki.com and never got my order? Or have a teeki gift card?
We are not affiliated with Teeki Inc., the website teeki.com or theponycorral.com.  Please contact them directly as needed.
